I could not speak highly enough about the service provided to our school. It was excellent. Linda was fabulous at selling the products and also at all the organisation pre and on the photography days. We are a large school and the detail of my instructions was followed to the letter. The photographers were also excellent and they spent such time with our pupils and some who had SEN also. It was overall a great first experience and one we hope will be replicated again. All good apart from the difficulty in viewing pics and passwords and logins. None of this should be emailed until the pics are ready to view. Went thru the whole drawn out process and pics were not ready to be viewed! Rec'd another email following day and

I think it was a very good set up. I would however have the ordering of pictures closer to the venue of the graduation in future as people have to walk a good bit and then go all the way back to the helix. I can understand its the space available but mayb
